Mr. Shrinivas Balaraju is the Founder and CEO of Smart Sutra and Smart Career Goals, and holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career as an Engineer at Jindal Steels and later served as a professor in three reputed colleges until 2016. With a background as an engineer and former athlete, he developed a strong passion for education, career development, and skill training.
Driven by his vision to make education more practical and career-focused, Mr. Shrinivas established his own training institute specializing in Soft Skills, Communication, and Competitive Exams. Through his structured teaching approach, he has helped many students gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers by simplifying complex concepts.
With over a decade of experience in education and career guidance, he now conducts impactful programs such as the 3-Month Mentorship Program for Career and Professional Growth and the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Program, which prepares individuals to become Certified Soft Skills and Corporate Trainers.
Through Smart Sutra, he also empowers educators to start their own coaching institutes using white-labeled LMS apps with ready-to-use content. In addition, he collaborates with degree colleges to launch their LMS platforms, helping students build job-ready skills from the early stages of their education.
