Some people find their calling early. Shrinivas found his in the gap between what education promises and what it actually delivers.

An engineer by training, an athlete by nature, and a teacher by choice — Shrinivas began his career at Jindal Steels before walking into a classroom and never really leaving. He taught at three reputed colleges until 2016, and somewhere in those years of watching bright, capable students struggle to find direction, he made a decision that changed everything — not just for him, but for thousands of people who would come after.

He left the security of academia to build something he believed India genuinely needed: a space where learning leads to clarity, clarity leads to confidence, and confidence leads to a life people are proud of.
