Built in Belagavi. Built for India's next generation of trainers.
Founded in 2016, Smart Sutra LLP started with a simple belief — that the right guidance, given at the right time, can completely change the direction of a person’s life.
Before we built platforms, programs, or franchises, we sat with thousands of students in Belagavi and helped them find clarity, confidence, and a career worth pursuing. Many of them went on to secure positions in Banking, SSC, RRB, Postal Services, and Government sectors across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and beyond. That grounded experience is the foundation everything we do today is built on.
Today, Smart Sutra is an ISO certified, Euro UK accredited EdTech company recognized with the Karnataka Startup Award. We work with students, educators, coaching institutes, and colleges — helping each of them grow in the way that makes sense for them.

NISAT Trainer Certification
Through our brand NISAT (National Institute for Soft Skills and Aptitude Training), we certify aspiring and experienced trainers through our TTT programs — helping them build credibility, confidence, and a real income from training.
College LMS Platform
We provide colleges and institutions with a branded LMS platform loaded with soft skills and aptitude content, so students start building job-ready skills from their very first year — not just before placement season.
Coaching Franchise
We run India's most affordable coaching franchise model — giving educators and entrepreneurs ready-to-use content, a white-labeled platform, and the support to launch their own institute under their own brand.
1-on-1 Mentorship
And through 1-on-1 mentorship, we help individuals identify their strengths, build communication and confidence, and find a clear direction for their career.

THE Founder
Meet the man behind the mission
Some people find their calling early. Shrinivas found his in the gap between what education promises and what it actually delivers.
An engineer by training, an athlete by nature, and a teacher by choice — Shrinivas started his career at Jindal Steels and later followed his passion for teaching. He taught at three reputed colleges until 2016, and somewhere in those years of watching bright, capable students struggle to find direction, he made a decision that changed everything — not just for him, but for thousands of people who would come after.
He left the security of academia to build something he believed India genuinely needed: a space where learning leads to clarity, clarity leads to confidence, and confidence leads to a life people are proud of.
Shrinivas doesn't just teach skills. He helps people understand themselves first — their strengths, their patterns, their potential. His approach combines structured learning with deeply personal mentorship, and the result isn't just better communicators or certified trainers. It's people who finally know what they want and believe they can get there.
Over the past decade, he has worked with students who didn't know which career to choose, professionals who felt stuck despite years of experience, and educators who wanted to turn their knowledge into a sustainable income — and in each case, the transformation has been the same: from confusion to clarity, from hesitation to action.
Thousands of students mentored across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and beyond — many of whom now hold positions in Banking, SSC, RRB, and Government services. Hundreds of certified trainers launched through the NISAT TTT programs. Coaches, educators, and institutes across India empowered through Smart Sutra's franchise and LMS platform.
And behind every number is a person who sat across from Shrinivas, feeling lost — and left feeling like they had a plan.
